Each MAKINARIUM STUDIO EDITION piece is produced in strictly limited edition productionruns. Every collectible is individually numbered and permanently assigned to its owner as part ofa controlled, finite release. This numbering forms part of the product’s identity, authenticity, andtraceability within our production records.

 

By completing your purchase, you acknowledge that you have read and agree to this Refund &Returns Policy and our Terms & Conditions.

 

Please review this policy carefully before placing your order.

 

1. Edition Number Allocation

 

Every Makinarium Studio Edition product is individually numbered as part of a strictly limited release.

 

When your order is placed, a unique edition number is permanently allocated and reserved exclusively for you. This number forms part of the product’s identity and authenticity and is recorded within our production system. It may appear on the product, its presentation packaging, certificate of authenticity, personalised digital profile of ownership, and other accompanying materials.

 

Once allocated, an edition number is removed from the available inventory and cannot ordinarily be reassigned without compromising the integrity of the limited release.

 

Because each numbered piece is produced within a controlled, limited run and linked specifically to your order, and because we generate a personalised digital ownership certificate and create a unique digital profile for your edition, the product is considered made for you once allocation and personalisation begin.

 

This may affect statutory cancellation rights under UK, EU, and U.S. consumer protection law.

 

2. Order Cancellation

 

You may request to cancel your order within 48 hours of purchase, provided that your limited edition number has not yet been allocated along with your personalised digital ownership profile and the certificate has not been generated.

 

Once your payment has been accepted and your limited edition number has been allocated, cancellation requests may not be accepted except where required by applicable consumer protection law. Nothing in this policy limits or excludes any statutory rights you may have.

 

Under UK and EU consumer law, customers ordinarily have a 14‑day right to cancel online purchases. However, this right does not apply to goods that are made to the consumer’s specifications or clearly personalised. Each collectible is individually numbered, reserved exclusively for your order, and produced as part of a strictly limited run. Because your edition number is uniquely assigned to you and cannot be reassigned without compromising the integrity of the release, cancellation rights may be limited once allocation has taken place.

 

This does not affect your rights if the product is defective, unsafe, or not as described.

 

3. Pre‑Orders

 

Some MAKINARIUM STUDIO EDITION products are offered as pre‑orders before manufacturing is complete.

 

Estimated dispatch dates are provided as guidance only and may change due to manufacturing, quality control, supplier availability, customs requirements, or other circumstances outside our reasonable control.

 

If we become aware of a significant delay, we will notify affected customers as soon as reasonably practicable. Where delays become substantial, we will provide appropriate options in accordance with applicable consumer law.

 

4. Limited Edition Products

 

Each MAKINARIUM STUDIO EDITION release is manufactured in strictly limited quantities.

 

Limited edition status does not affect your statutory consumer rights. If your product is faulty,damaged, or not as described, we will replace, or refund the item where required by law.

 

If a safety‑related defect is identified, we will take all actions required under applicable productsafety legislation, including replacement, refund, or other corrective measures.

 

5. Change‑of‑Mind Returns

 

Because our products are personalised specifically for customer orders, produced in strictly limited, individually numbered runs, and include a personalised digital ownership certificate linked uniquely to your allocated edition, we generally do not accept returns due solely to:

 

• change of mind

• accidental purchases

• ordering the wrong item

• no longer wanting the item

 

Please ensure you have reviewed all product information before placing your order.

 

This section applies only to change‑of‑mind situations. It does not limit your rights relating to defective, unsafe, or mis-described products under UK, EU, or U.S. consumer protection law.

 

6. Damaged on Arrival

 

Please inspect your order as soon as it arrives.

 

If your order has been significantly damaged during transit, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and include:

 

• your order number

• photographs of the product as of delivery date

• photographs of the internal packaging as of delivery date

• photographs of the outer shipping box as of delivery date

• photographs of any visible damage as of delivery date.

 

We will offer a solution depending on the circumstances.

 

Remedies for defective or damaged products will always be provided in accordance with applicable consumer protection legislation, including the UK Consumer Rights Act 2015, EU consumer law, and relevant U.S. state consumer protection statutes.

 

7. Faulty Products

 

Every MAKINARIUM STUDIO EDITION product undergoes inspection before dispatch.

 

If you believe your product has developed a manufacturing fault, please contact us as soon as reasonably possible.

 

Depending on the nature of the issue, we may:

 

● replace the product (subject to availability)

● provide a refund

 

Normal wear, accidental damage, misuse, unauthorised modifications, improper storage, or failure to follow supplied care instructions are not considered manufacturing defects.

 

Remedies for defective products will always be provided in accordance with applicable consumer protection legislation.

 

8. Limited Edition Replacements

 

Because MAKINARIUM STUDIO EDITION products are individually numbered and produced in limited quantities, replacement stock may not always be available.

 

Where a replacement cannot be provided due to the limited nature of the edition, we will offer an alternative remedy required under applicable consumer law, which may include repair, partial refund, or full refund depending on the circumstances.

 

9. Return Authorisation

 

Please do not return any item without contacting us first. Unauthorised returns may delay processing and may not be accepted.

 

Where a return has been approved, we will provide full return instructions. Customers are responsible for ensuring that returned products are packaged securely to prevent damage during transit.

 

10. Refund Processing

 

Approved refunds will be issued using the original payment method whenever possible.

 

Please allow up to 14 days from receipt of the returned product (where applicable) for your refund to be processed.

 

11. Shipping Costs

 

Original shipping charges are generally non‑refundable unless:

 

• the product is faulty

• the product was incorrectly supplied

 

Return shipping costs will be handled in accordance with applicable consumer legislation.
