5. Limited Edition Number Allocation
Limited edition numbers are allocated automatically unless specifically advertised otherwise.
Specific edition numbers cannot be requested or guaranteed.

Allocation forms part of the product’s identity and authenticity.

Estimated dispatch dates are guidance only and may change due to manufacturing schedules, quality control, supplier availability, or customs requirements.
Customers will be informed of any material delays.
For U.S. customers, pre‑order delays will be handled in accordance with the FTC Mail Order Rule.
7. Shipping
Delivery estimates are not guaranteed.
Once goods leave our warehouse, responsibility for delivery transfers to the appointed courier.

8. Customs
International customers are responsible for understanding local import regulations.
Where duties or taxes are not collected during checkout, they remain payable by the customer before delivery.
Failure to pay customs charges may result in the parcel being returned. Any return shipping or administrative costs incurred may be deducted from any refund due, unless prohibited by applicable consumer law.
9. Returns
UK and EU consumers retain all statutory rights under applicable consumer legislation.
Change‑of‑Mind Returns
Change‑of‑mind returns must be unopened, complete, and returned in original packaging.
Change‑of‑mind returns do not apply to personalised or made‑to‑order goods, including individually numbered limited‑edition collectibles, in accordance with UK and EU consumer law.
